Justice Donkoh holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Home Economics from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and is currently pursuing an MPhil in Home Economics (Management in Living) at the same institution. His expertise spans Family Resource Management, Educational Research, Policy Advocacy, and Digital Learning, making him a sought-after figure in teacher training and school leadership development.

A strong advocate for technology-driven education, Justice has been at the forefront of digitizing learning and school governance in Ghana. In 2024, he introduced electronic voting in student elections at Assin State College, a groundbreaking initiative that modernized student governance processes.

In 2025, he successfully supported the organization of the school’s second consecutive electronic voting exercise while also planning, organizing, and executing the prefects’ handing-over ceremony. Furthermore, he coordinated and executed the celebration of the SRC Week, purchasing and handing over modern sound and event resources amounting to tens of thousands of Ghana Cedis to the school.

His expertise in ICT education has also led to teacher training programs, workshops on digital learning tools, and the procurement of essential ICT resources for Assin State College.
