• Assistant Director II: Must have been promoted to Principal Superintendent in or before 2021 and served continuously at post.
• Principal Superintendent: Must have been promoted to Senior Superintendent I in or before 2021 and served continuously at post. Applicants with an approved undergraduate degree will automatically be placed on this rank.

Special Guidelines for Master’s/PhD Applicants

For teachers relying on postgraduate qualifications to apply for GES promotion 2025:

• The programme must be on the approved GES course list.
• The certificate must not have been obtained before the applicant’s previous promotion.
• Certificates must have been obtained in or before 2023 to qualify for ADI, ADII, or Deputy Director promotions.
