First Semester – 2025/2026 Academic Year

Level 400 Students (Macro Teaching Phase)

  • 1st November 2025 – Level 400 students report to campus for orientation towards macro teaching.
  • 8th November 2025 – Level 400 students report to their assigned stations for macro teaching practice.
  • 14th March 2026 – Macro teaching in schools ends for Level 400 students.

Macro teaching remains a critical component of teacher education training in Ghana, allowing final-year students to gain practical classroom experience.

Levels 100, 200 & 300 – First Semester

  • 11th November 2025 – Students report to campus for the first session of the first semester (6 weeks).
  • 20th December 2025 – Students go home for Christmas break.
  • 8th February 2026 – Students return to campus for the second session of the first semester (9 weeks).
  • 13th April – 24th April 2026 – End of first semester examinations.
  • 25th April 2026 – Students go home for vacation.

Second Semester – 2025/2026 Academic Year (All Levels)
