Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
- Deputy Director: Must have been promoted to Assistant Director I in or before 2021 and served continuously at post (excluding approved leave).
- Assistant Director I: Must have been promoted to Assistant Director II in or before 2021 and served continuously at post.
- Assistant Director II: Must have been promoted to Principal Superintendent in or before 2021 and served continuously at post.
- Principal Superintendent: Must have been promoted to Senior Superintendent I in or before 2021 and served continuously at post. Applicants with an approved undergraduate degree will automatically be placed on this rank.
Special Guidelines for Master’s/PhD Applicants
For teachers relying on postgraduate qualifications to apply for GES promotion 2025:
- The programme must be on the approved GES course list.
- The certificate must not have been obtained before the applicant’s previous promotion.
- Certificates must have been obtained in or before 2023 to qualify for ADI, ADII, or Deputy Director promotions.

- Upload the following documents:
- Passport-size photograph (jpeg/jpg/png format)

- Application window is open from Thursday, 11th September to Thursday, 9th October 2025.
