1. Offer Window Clarification: The GNAT Data Bundle is not available on a pay-as-you-go basis. To access the data package, you must purchase it during the specified offer window. Any payments made outside of this window will not be processed.
2. Data Disbursement Process: After the offer window closes, data disbursement is carried out. While it is not instant, rest assured that the data will be sent to you in due course. Patience is essential during this period.
3. Individual Purchase Limit: Each staff ID can be used to purchase data for one phone number only. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and ensure that all eligible members can benefit.
4. Limited Purchase Per Offer Window: You can make a data bundle purchase once within an offer window. However, feel free to make subsequent purchases in upcoming offer windows to continue enjoying the benefits.
5. Anti-Manipulation Measures: Attempts to manipulate the system will not be tolerated. Any individual found trying to cheat the system will be blacklisted and banned from participating in future offers.
6. Exclusive MTN Access: The GNAT Data Bundle offer is currently available exclusively to MTN users. Make sure you are an MTN subscriber before attempting to avail this opportunity.
7. Data Package Options: The data package is available in two price ranges: GHS 27 for 10GB and GHS 52 for 20GB. Purchases can only be made within these specified price points.
8. Registration Requirement: Before accessing the data packages, ensure that you have registered with your staff ID through the provided link. This registration link is shared on the Telegram channel when the registration portal is open.
9. Purchase Process: Once you are registered, the purchase of the bundle can be made through the short code *800*08# when the purchase portal is open. Stay updated for further details on the Telegram page regarding purchase windows.
