Kumasi Anglican SHS – Ashanti Regional Champions
The final moments of the competition were filled with anticipation and tension as the schools vied for victory. Kumasi Anglican SHS emerged as the champions with an impressive score of 32 points. Prempeh College put up a valiant fight but finished with 26 points, while Simms SHS concluded the competition with 17 points.
Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School – Greater Accra Regional Champions
Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, popularly known as Presec, Legon, displayed their exceptional knowledge and determination, securing a commanding score of 37 points. Accra Academy, Chemu SHS, and Tema Methodist SHS also participated in the finals but could not match Presec’s brilliance.
St. James Seminary SHS – Brong/Ahafo Zonal Champions
St. James Seminary SHS demonstrated their depth of knowledge, securing an additional 3 points in the final round to reach a total of 41 points. Sunyani SHS fought valiantly and concluded the competition with 27 points, while Akumfi Ameyaw SHTS trailed closely with 26 points. Methodist SHTS faced challenges and ended the quiz with -2 points.
Ghana Secondary Technical School – Western Zonal Champions
In the final and deciding round, Ghana Secondary Technical School remained strong, securing an additional 3 points, bringing their final score to 34 points. Fijai SHS made a valiant effort with 28 points, and Archbishop Porter Girls’ SHS secured 21 points.
Adisadel College – Central Regional Champions
Adisadel College emerged victorious in the Central Region with an impressive score of 43 points. Mfantsipim School finished closely with 37 points, while St. Augustine’s College and Aggrey Memorial Zion SHS also participated in the finals.
Tamale Islamic Science SHS – Northern Zonal Champions
As the contest reached its climax, Tamale Islamic Science SHS solidified their dominance, emerging as the well-deserved champions with a final score of 30 points.
Tamale SHS secured the second position with 26 points, and St. Francis Xavier Junior Seminary claimed the third position with 21 points. Ghana SHS, Tamale, displayed their dedication throughout the competition.
Pope John SHS – Eastern Regional Champions
All schools in the Eastern Region demonstrated remarkable intelligence and strategic thinking. Ultimately, Pope John SHS & Minor Seminary emerged triumphant with a final score of 34 points, while Abuakwa State College fell just short with an impressive 32 points. St. Peter’s SHS also put up a commendable effort.
Mawuli School – Volta-Oti Zonal Champions
The thrilling contest reached its climax with both Keta SHTS and Mawuli School tied at an impressive score of 33 points. Bishop Herman College managed to secure 18 points. A tie-breaker round was initiated to determine the ultimate champion, where Mawuli School answered a crucial question correctly to secure victory.
