November 23, 2023, marked the final day when examiners completed the meticulous process of script marking and handed over their evaluations to the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).
This signifies the official conclusion of the 2023 WASSCE marking phase and paves the way for the imminent release of the results.
According to the outlined marking schedule, it is highly likely that the results will be officially released on December 18, 2023.

A total of 447,204 candidates, comprising 211,834 males and 235,370 females from 975 schools, entered for the examination. This figure represents a notable increase of 5.8% compared to the 2022 entry figure of 422,883.
The examination unfolded at 834 centers across the country, offering a comprehensive array of sixty subjects, including four core and fifty-six electives, for prospective candidates to choose from.
