- Visit the official CSSPS portal: cssps.gov.gh
- Enter the 10-digit BECE Index Number plus the last two digits of the examination year (e.g., 100000000025 for 2025).
- Provide the Date of Birth used during registration.
- Click “Sign in” to view placement details.
- Print or save the placement notice for enrollment.
New MoE Reporting Channel for Placement Issues
To improve service delivery, the MoE has added a chat box feature on the CSSPS portal where stakeholders can report placement-related concerns directly. A dedicated technical support team will handle all submissions.
