The 2026 GES Graduate Recruitment Master List has become one of the most anticipated updates for graduates who applied for recruitment into the Ghana Education Service (GES). Following the release of recruitment outcomes, the Public Relations Officer of GES, Daniel Fenyi, has provided important clarification regarding the next phase of the recruitment process.

According to the GES PRO, successful applicants have already been assigned to the regions they selected during the recruitment application process. The next stage requires applicants to report to their respective Regional Education Offices for document verification and onboarding before they receive their official appointments.

If you are searching for the 2026 GES Graduate Recruitment Master List, GES regional reporting dates, or the documents required for onboarding, this guide contains everything you need to know.

2026 GES Graduate Recruitment Master List

The 2026 GES Graduate Recruitment Master List contains the names and details of applicants who have successfully completed the recruitment selection process.

Rather than publishing printed lists for applicants to verify themselves, the Ghana Education Service has confirmed that the official master list of successful candidates will be forwarded directly to the various Regional Education Offices across the country.

This means successful applicants will not need to carry additional proof showing that they have been selected, as their information will already be available at their assigned regional offices.

Successful Applicants to Report to Their Selected Regions

The GES Public Relations Officer has confirmed that all successful applicants have been retained in the regions they selected during the recruitment application process. Applicants are therefore expected to report only to the Regional Education Office assigned to them during recruitment. There will be no regional reallocation at this stage unless officially communicated by the Ghana Education Service.

Regional Reporting Date

According to the clarification provided by GES, successful applicants should begin reporting to their respective Regional Education Offices from:

  • Start Date: 7th August 2026

The exercise will continue until:

  • Closing Date: 31st August 2026

During this period, officials will verify applicants’ documents and process all employment records required for appointment. Applicants are encouraged to report within the stated period to avoid unnecessary delays.

Documents Required for the GES Onboarding Exercise

Successful applicants are expected to report with all original documents required for verification.

The required documents include:

  • Ghana Card
  • Academic Certificates
  • National Service Certificate
  • Teaching Licence
  • Other relevant supporting documents requested by GES

Applicants should ensure all documents are authentic and readily available before reporting to their Regional Education Office.

No Need to Carry Proof of Recruitment

One major concern among applicants has been whether they would need to print recruitment confirmation messages or other proof showing they were selected.

According to Daniel Fenyi, this will not be necessary. He explained that before the onboarding exercise begins, GES will send the complete list of successful applicants to every Regional Education Office.

As a result, officials at the regional offices will already have access to the names and details of all successful candidates. Applicants therefore only need to report with the required verification documents.

What Happens During the Onboarding Process?

The regional onboarding exercise is intended to complete the final administrative requirements before newly recruited teachers officially begin work.

During the exercise, officials are expected to:

  • Verify applicants’ identity.
  • Confirm academic qualifications.
  • Verify National Service completion.
  • Validate teaching licences.
  • Process employment and appointment documents.
  • Complete all onboarding formalities.

Applicants whose documents satisfy all requirements will proceed to the next stage of the employment process.

GES PRO Assures Applicants of Continuous Updates

The GES Public Relations Officer assured successful applicants that the Ghana Education Service will continue providing official updates throughout the recruitment process.

He stated that guidance will continue until newly recruited teachers officially assume duty at their assigned schools. Applicants are therefore encouraged to rely only on official GES communications and avoid misinformation circulating on social media.
