The password functionality button on the Government of Ghana’s Electronic Payment System (ePayslip) is now working and employees on the GoG Payslip platform can change/reset their password with ease.
What this means is that, employees in Ghana being paid by the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department who have forgotten their e-payslip password can now reset it.
To be able to perform this function, one needs to make sure that his/her phone number is associated with the account he/she has forgotten the password to.

Simple steps to reset forgotten CAGD payslip password
- Visit the official GoG E-Payslip platform HERE
- Close the pop-up that shows
- Locate and click ‘forgotten password’
- Enter your employee number / staff ID
- Select country
- Enter the mobile number associated with your account
- Enter the verification code shown on the platform
- Click ‘submit’.
Congratulations, you have successfully reset your e-payslip login password. A new password will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account, use it to sign in to your e-payslip dashboard.
