The Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) has announced the release of provisional results for the 2024 November/December Certificate II Examinations. This includes results for both the Core and Elective Components, as well as the Technician, Advanced, and Diploma Examinations.
Candidates who participated in the examinations are encouraged to check their results online. By visiting ctvet.gov.gh, they can access their results using their index numbers and Unique Reference Numbers found on their index slips.
Breakdown of the Examination
The Certificate II Examination comprises two parts:
- Core Components: Subjects such as English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science, and Social Studies.
- Elective Components: These include various trade or professional area programs.
Examination Statistics
In total, 2,480 candidates sat for the examinations, with a gender distribution of 1,705 males and 775 females. Out of this group:
- 1,366 candidates achieved the minimum pass requirements, representing 55.1% of the total.
- 1,114 candidates were unable to meet the minimum pass requirements, accounting for 44.9%.
This performance reflects the determination and effort of students as well as the commitment of the Commission to technical and vocational education in Ghana.

- Enter your index number and Unique Reference Number from your index slip.
- View and download your results.
