The management of the Ghana National Association of Teachers, in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service Occupational Pension Scheme is organizing a member union virtual engagement GNAT members.
According to GNAT, this forms part of GESOPS’ annual plan to reach as many members as possible.
The document dated January 16, 2023 as shared to GESHub.org stated that the training is to inform and education members on the benefits of the three-tier pension scheme under the Pension Act (Act 766) as amended.
The virtual engagement seeks to also inform members of GNAT on how they can derive the maximum benefits from the pension structure or the Scheme.
The document signed by Isaac Baah, Head: Compensation and Benefits, also noted that the meeting will also address questions from embers with respect to the Tier-two pension scheme.
The date and time for this event, as shared by GNAT, is January 27, 2023 at 2:00pm.
The Management of the Ghana National Association of Teachers has however noted that the link to the meeting will be communicated to its members on January 25, 2023.
