The Management of the National Service Secretariat, after releasing postings for the 2023/2024 service year to perspective personnel has announced that the appointment letters will be accessible on October 10.
The Service on September 29 released the first batch of postings of 122,275 National Service Personnel who have been assigned to various sectors of the economy to fulfill their mandatory one-year national service.
NSS noted that the second batch of postings is expected to be released in the coming days.
Perspective personnel are therefore encouraged by this notice to log into their dashboard on October 10 to download, print and submit their appointment letter to their respective user agencies for endorsement.
NSS Validation and Registration Process
All service personnel who have received their placements are required to follow a simple and straightforward validation and registration process to kickstart their national service journey.

- Check Placement: Visit the official NSS website at nss.gov.gh to check your placement.
- Appointment Letter: Once you have confirmed your placement, print your appointment letter. This letter should then be taken to your place of posting for endorsement.
- Online Appointment: Book an appointment online for the registration process after obtaining the endorsed appointment letter.
- Regional Validation and Registration: On the scheduled date and time for your appointment, head to the designated NSS Regional Validation and Registration Centre. Make sure to bring your endorsed appointment letter and a valid Ghana Card to complete the process.
