The Ghana National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released the monthly allowance schedule for service personnel following the recent payment of stipends for October, November, and December 2024. The newly released schedule outlines the step-by-step process personnel must follow to ensure the smooth disbursement of their allowances.
According to the schedule, the process begins on the 10th of each month, when personnel are required to download the necessary forms. From the 10th to the 15th, they must have these forms signed and stamped by their respective supervisors. This step is crucial, as failure to complete it could lead to delays in payments.
Between the 16th and 20th, personnel must undergo biometric attendance verification and submit their completed forms. This biometric verification is a mandatory requirement to confirm their active participation in the National Service program.
The approval process by the NSA is scheduled between the 21st and 25th, after which data verification takes place from the 26th to the 30th. This verification process ensures that all submitted information is accurate and meets the necessary standards.
Finally, payments are scheduled between the 1st and 5th of the following month. This structured approach aims to streamline the allowance payment process and ensure that personnel receive their stipends without unnecessary delays.
The NSA has emphasized that failure to complete biometric verification or obtain the required stamp will result in the forfeiture of the allowance for that month.
Service personnel are advised to adhere strictly to the outlined schedule to avoid any inconveniences regarding their stipends. The NSA also encourages personnel to stay updated with official announcements and follow the necessary procedures to facilitate timely payments.
