4. Digital Resource Fee

All continuing students are to pay a Digital Resource Fee of GH¢600.00 per year. This fee supports access to online learning platforms, digital materials, and technological resources used in academic instruction.

5. TTAG Project Levy

The Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG) has instituted a Project Levy of GH¢30.00 per student annually. This levy supports various national projects and initiatives undertaken by TTAG.

Institution-Specific Fees

While the above fees represent the standardized national structure, PRINCOF notes that individual Colleges of Education may include other GTEC-approved institutional charges. Students are therefore encouraged to await official communication from their respective colleges for the exact total amount payable.

Payment Guidelines for Continuing Students

All continuing students are required to pay at least 70% of their total fees (including institutional charges) before the commencement of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. This policy ensures smooth academic registration and participation in lectures and examinations.
