In an eagerly awaited announcement, the management of the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) has officially released the results for the May/June 2023 Certificate II examinations, Access course, as well as for Technicians, Advanced, and Diploma examinations.
A total of 32,402 candidates, comprising 23,990 males and 8,412 females from 185 public and private Technical Institutes, registered and sat for the examinations across 120 examination centers nationwide.
Examination Structure
The Certificate II examination is divided into two parts – Core Subjects and Elective Components. The core subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science, Social Studies, and Entrepreneurship, while the elective component covers the Trade Area Programmes.
Results Release Details
Candidates who participated in the national examinations can access their results through the official CTVET results portal at ctvet.gov.gh/results. The results can be checked using Index Numbers and Unique Reference Numbers.
For prospective candidates who took the Access course examinations, the CTVET advises them to contact their respective Technical Universities for provisional results.
Withheld Results
The Commission reports that the results of 36 students who participated in the examination have been withheld. This action is a precautionary measure, pending investigations into their involvement in various forms of examination malpractices and irregularities.

- Click on “Fetch Result” and patiently wait for the window to display your result.
