The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially introduced dedicated regional helplines across all 16 regions in Ghana to strengthen communication, improve administrative support, and ensure faster response to enquiries from both teaching and non-teaching staff nationwide.

The initiative forms part of the Service’s broader strategy to enhance communication efficiency within the education sector, ensuring that teachers, administrators, and other education staff can easily access assistance from their respective regional education directorates.

According to the Ghana Education Service, each Regional Education Directorate has been provided with official mobile devices and dedicated contact numbers to facilitate smooth and timely engagement with staff across the country.

This development is expected to significantly improve responsiveness, reduce delays in resolving staff concerns, and enhance coordination within the Ghanaian education system.
