WASSCE 2023/2024 Statistics
This year’s examination saw a total of 447,204 candidates, comprising 211,834 males and 235,370 females from 975 schools. This marks a 5.8% increase compared to the 2022 entry figures, showcasing the growing interest and participation in the WASSCE.
The examination unfolded across 834 centers nationwide, offering candidates a choice of sixty subjects, including four core and fifty-six electives.
