The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a significant shift in its payment system by transitioning to a fully cashless platform through GHANA.GOV. This move aligns with the government’s broader objective of modernizing revenue collection and promoting a more transparent and efficient financial system.

Effective immediately, all payments related to the National Service Scheme (NSS), including allowances and administrative charges, must be made through the GHANA.GOV platform. The NSA has directed all user agencies and stakeholders to adopt this digital payment system, ensuring that all transactions, including the 20% and 10% administrative service charges, are processed seamlessly online.

Encouraging a Cashless Economy

The NSA urges all stakeholders to embrace this digital transition for a more efficient and convenient experience. By leveraging this streamlined payment system, the authority supports the Government of Ghana’s broader vision of establishing a cashless economy.
