The National Secretariat of the Association is dedicated to keeping students informed about critical matters that impact their academic journey. In this latest update, the National Secretariat of TTAG have provide valuable information on various ongoing issues and extend warm wishes to Levels 300 and 400 as they commence the Second Semester.
French Students’ Trip Funding
One of the pressing concerns recently has been the funding for the planned French students’ trip to Togo and Benin, which is intended to provide practical experience. Unfortunately, insufficient funding support from the Scholarship Secretariat pose a challenge.
However, the Association says it is actively engaged in discussions with Principals and the Secretariat to find a suitable resolution. They are optimistic about achieving a fruitful outcome in the near future and are committed to ensuring that this valuable opportunity is not lost.
UEW and UCC Practicum Fee
Another matter of concern pertains to the practicum fee for Level 400 first semester at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
Despite previous appeals for reconsideration, both institutions have maintained the current fee. However, there is hope as UEW has expressed its intent to discuss this issue in their upcoming management meeting. GESHub will keep everyone updated on any developments in this regard.
Resumption of Levels 300 and 400 for Second Semester
As Levels 300 and 400 students embark on the Second Semester, the National Secretariat has extended its warmest wishes. They have expressed confidence that this semester will be a productive and successful one for the students.
