The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced that the onboarding process for the newly recruited teachers of 2024 is set to begin immediately. This directive comes from the Management team, led by Director-General Dr. Eric Nkansah.
In a recent notification, Management emphasized the urgency of processing the documents for the new recruits. A critical part of this process is the verification of their appointment letters, which will be facilitated by a QR code provided on each letter. This QR code will contain all essential information regarding the recruit.
To further streamline and authenticate the verification process, GES has developed a unique verification link for each Regional Office. This master list is designed to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the appointment letters.
Importantly, GES has instructed that no Regional Director should repost any of the newly recruited teachers. Any issues or concerns that arise during this process are to be reported directly to the Director-General for resolution.
Management is confident in the support and cooperation of all Regional Directors to embrace this innovative recruitment process and ensure its success. The GES looks forward to a smooth and efficient onboarding process, welcoming the new cohort of educators into the system.
