The National Teaching Council (NTC) has announced the commencement of registration for the re-sit examination for Diploma graduates in Ghana. This initiative comes in accordance with the Education Regulatory Bodies Act 2020 (ACT 1023), which mandates the NTC to regulate the teaching profession in the country.

The purpose of this licensure examination is to grant qualified teachers a professional license and to ensure that they meet the standards set by the National Teachers’ Standards on professional knowledge, practice, values, and attitudes essential for effective teaching in schools.
