The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has announced an extension for the registration and renewal of clubs and associations on campus. This extension provides an opportunity for all clubs and associations to ensure their memberships are up to date and their activities are in line with university regulations.
The registration and renewal period has been extended until Thursday, 29th February 2024, giving organizations ample time to complete the necessary processes. This extension reflects the SRC’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus community where students can pursue their interests and passions through various clubs and associations.
Under the new registration and renewal guidelines, different categories of groups are required to pay varying fees:
Registration Fees:
- Faculties & Departments: GHC 30
- Religious Groups: GHC 40
- Social Clubs: GHC 50
Renewal Fees:
- Faculties & Departments: GHC 15
- Religious Groups: GHC 20
- Social Clubs: GHC 25
