I am a Guidance and Counselling Coordinator at the District Education Office, and per the eligibility for responsibility allowance as outlined above, I feel that I’m qualified to enjoy the allowance but this has never seen the light of the day. Please, may I know if there is any specificity with regards to the eligibility for responsibility allowance for Guidance and Counselling Coordinators?
