Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students requires collective efforts to cultivate a culture of respect, understanding, and open communication within educational institutions.

Educators, parents, and students must collaborate to build an environment that fosters emotional intelligence, empathy, and responsible behavior. Moreover, schools need to prioritize training and support for teachers, equipping them with effective strategies to handle conflicts and challenging situations.
