Represented by the Alliance of University Graduate Teachers Under Pending For Consideration, these graduates are calling on GES, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Finance to expedite the release of their long-awaited appointment letters.
In a press release dated March 27, 2025, the Alliance announced a peaceful picketing action dubbed “Release Appointment Letters Now!” to be held at the GES Headquarters in Accra. The demonstration, which is tentatively scheduled for April 14, 2025, aims to draw attention to the delayed recruitment process and push for the prompt issuance of appointment letters to qualified applicants who have been in limbo for months—some even years.
