Congratulations to all freshmen on gaining admission to the University of Cape Coast (UCC)! Embarking on this new academic journey is a great achievement, and ensuring a smooth transition to campus life is important. To help facilitate a hassle-free registration process, the UCC Students’ Representative Council (SRC) has outlined the essential documents every fresher must bring along.
Essential Documents for Registration
Before heading to the UCC campus, make sure to have the following documents ready. These will streamline your registration and accommodation process:
- Fees Receipt: Proof of payment is necessary to confirm your enrollment status.
- Admission Letter: This serves as official confirmation of your admission to UCC.
- Medical Examination Form: Required for your health clearance during the registration process.
- National ID Card(s): A valid form of identification to verify your identity.
- Hall Registration Form: This applies to students residing in UCC-managed halls of residence.
- Tenancy Agreement Form: For students staying in university halls, this document is mandatory to finalize your accommodation.
- Four Passport-Sized Photographs: These are required for official documentation and identification purposes.
For Students in Private Hostels
Students who will be residing in private hostels or accommodation outside university halls are advised to omit the Hall Registration Form and Tenancy Agreement Form from the checklist. However, all other documents remain essential.
Freshers can contact the SRC Public Relations Officer (PRO) at 0256252138 for further inquiries or assistance.
