Every year, as level 400s exit the University of Education, the Management of the school, the Office for Institutional Advancement (OIA)/Alumni Relations opens fresh registration for all alumni who wish to join the UEW Alumni Association.
By registering and paying the necessary dues, one becomes an alumni of the institution.
GESHub.org will in this guide, outline the simple steps to follow to register and pay to becomes an alumni. Follow the steps outlined below to register your membership.
How to register for UEW alumni association membership
- To register, members are kindly advised to visit the University website at uew.edu.gh to complete the required formalities.
- On logging onto the website, alumni are to click on the UEW Alumni menu link.
- Key in your first Student ID or Index Number
- Enter your date of birth as the default password to access the registration portal
- Confirm particulars
All alumni have also been assigned unique Alumni Numbers which could be retrieved through the registration process.

Please, note that members who register after the given deadline will not have their names listed on the voters’ register, and therefore, would not be eligible to vote.
In this regard, only qualified persons who register and make the appropriate payment would be eligible to vote at the alumni elections.
